So sad. For perhaps 50p more spent on decent lining fabric and 50p working out a better production process , my Totoro shoulder bag would have been perfect. Plenty of pockets. Great colour and size. But the lining is almost plastic and is incompletely sewn. I like a challenge and kniw that I won't get any customer care so I've reinforced the entire base internal seam with glued tape. If you buy this bag but be prepared to finish it off yourself! 3 star review given so it will be posted

I've always been really happy with my purchases. However, one item in my recent purchase was so bad I left a 1 star review (this was based on quality for the price). It didn't appear on the website, and when I left a 4 star review for another item it appeared right away. Also, the 1 star review wouldn't let me include videos or photos, it just jumped back to the website as soon as I hit 'next'. Moral of the story, the reviews on the site mean nothing. In light of the other reviews on this page, I can say that I did receive the promised freebie pack and my order arrived promptly. The freebie pack was excellent. I'd order again, but I'd never trust their notebooks again. Happy to amend this review if my website review appears on their page.

Recibí mi pedido sin problemas, sin embargo el tiempo de espera fue casi de 28 días para recibirlo en Kansas, Estados Unidos. Utilice el método normal de envío. Esto es algo que deben de tomar en cuenta, ya que los envíos se despachan desde Hong Kong. Si eres de un país latinoamericano, puede que tarde más y debes de tomar precauciones. Confirmo que el servicio al cliente es casi nulo, por mi parte tuve que estar pendiente del número de tracking y el recorrido que aparece en la página que ellos te proporcionan.

After seeing my previous bad review of their gift card process, Catherine at Kawaii Pen Shop emailed me and said that it would be easy for them to send the email with gift card to the recipient. So I sent them the email address for the recipient again. It's been three days now and my recipient STILL has not gotten any email notification of the gift card (and I know the email address is valid because I sent her a test message just to be sure). This is probably the worst experience buying a gift card that I've ever had. I guess I'll have to contact my credit card company to contest the charge. VERY DISAPPOINTED. UPDATE: Kawaii Pen Shop did respond and sent the recipient the gift card email which she used to purchase items. Will update the review again when she receives the items. 2nd Update: The recipient received her items quickly (she selected FedEx which was $10).

Things arrived eventually although it took quite a while. The things are nice and cheap but the quality is useless. The post its that I ordered for example they don't really stay in the paper as the glue is so bad. The stickers are really impossible to peel off. I guess you get what you pay. If you want something to look ok otherwise don’t buy.

Shipping is garbage. I ordered Nov 23 it said expected by Dec 4 its now Dec 12 and it's still in Hong Kong and has been there since the 30th and im probably never going to see the item. I only didn't give it a one star because of Corona and the holidays but still is hasn't moved at all for almost three weeks

They tell you shipping is free and that's true. However, be careful. I live in Belgium and had to pay 26 euro to customs service. So in the end I paid too much money for some stickers. Also: one of the products was defect. The website told me they will give me a refund though. Conclusion: i don't recomend this website if you live in Belgium because it will cost you! But they do have nice stuff and they are helpful if you have a problem.

I ordered some very cute stickers and stationery from Kawaii Pen Shop - and they did arrive within a few weeks to a month, but I was so frustrated to find the exact same items all available on Amazon or Aliexpress for 1/4 the cost and same or better shipping time, with an even safer order guarantee. They don't allow reviews on their site for a reason, so there is no real accountability. Shop around and be careful.
