It's been a while that I was looking for a shop selling Japanese and Korean pens, pencils, notebooks (...) and I'm not disappointed at all! Good-quality pens and stickers, the products I ordered were well-packed. And I'm not disappointed because the delivery was fast! I live in France, and the products are shipped in the U.S, I've just waited a week ^^ I definitely recommand this website!

Best prices you can get among stationary shops, even compared to Amazon or eBay. The shipping is pretty decent now that it is tracked, also the package comes in great conditions. Love the wide range of products. This is the third time I order something and the first one it comes with no problems. I ordered twice on June 2018 and to this day (August 2019) haven’t got my items or my money back, they always tell me to wait till the order is shipped back to them so they can resend but no more. I have been unable to find a solution for this since those orders had no tracking number, making it impossible to know what was going on.

I ordered two Totoro pens in March. It is now July; a day before August. I have yet to receive my order. I emailed them and told them how angry I was and was told that my order will be shipped faster and it is tracked. I didn’t receive a tracking number but I trusted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The next day, I was offered if I wanted a voucher or a refund. I asked for a refund and was told that in 2-5 business days, I would receive another email from them to say my refund has been processed. It’s been 8 business days. I was already irritated with them as it is. Never buying from them EVER AGAIN.

I ordered twice and the first time my order was ok. The second time i ordered about 8 months ago and followed up with them 2 times and never received any response , my order or my refund! Extremely disappointed!

Ordered three times in two months. Now you can see just how much I love this online shop. They have stationery items of all kinds that are very cute, fun and unusual. Everytime I visit their website they always add something new to their product offering. The service is great and the shipping takes 5-10 days. It was 5 days for my first order and 10 days for my last one, so I suppose it is somewhere in that time frame for orders to the US. It's really convenient and you can track your package all the way too. All items are as pictured, the washi tapes and stickers are really cute and stick well! Got my pencil case and Tombow brush pens from Kawaii Pen Shop. Everything arrived well packed and in good condition. Both items are of good quality and as pictured on the website. The shipping was super fast, the package got to me 5 days after purchase. That was unexpected! Will definitely order again.
