I did not have a good experience with this site. They had a promotion code they had advertised that did not work so I was charged incorrectly. Then the whole process to rectify that was atrocious. The products came in small lots with some products coming from China and there was no indication as to how long it would be until you do receive everything you’d purchased. Not worth it imo.

Very fast shipping and excellent products! I’m in love with the amount of brush pens they carry. This is my second time ordering from them. Everything was packaged well and arrived in excellent standards. I recommend!

I’ve ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a couple of times and my items always arrive quickly and in good condition! I love the selection and the number of photos for items—they help me see exactly what I’m getting since I can’t physically see the items beforehand.

Great selection of items with fair prices. Plenty of discounts or sales. Not all discount codes allow for free shipping btw. Company is responsive in Instagram too

I saw the ad for your company on Facebook and decided to give it shot. I ordered several rolls/bundles of washi tape. LOVE them! Great quality and colors/designs are awesome. Shipping time was great considering that I live in the US. I will definitely be ordering again!

I loved that I was able to get free international shipping and I was so pleased with how quickly it came. For how little I payed, the quality of the products are great and they are all so beautiful. The bag I got is my new favorite!
