Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

I've had a great experience shopping here. I had few questions before checking out and during shipping. The customer service responded in timely manner and was nice enough to navigate me throughout the process. The products that I received are as pictured on their website. The washi tapes are of very nice quality and stick very well. They have such an interesting range of designs and the prices are great considering the free shipping. Also, the shipping was surprisingly quick. It took 5 days for the package to arrive to Singapore which is definitely a huge plus. So far I can only recommend this website.

Thank you Kawaii Pen Shop! I've had a lovely experience with you. My order arrived fast and in very good condition. Each pen was carefully wrapped which was a nice touch. Will be ordering from here again soon!

I ordered multiple times from this page already, and planning to do so again! The prices are very cheap compared to similar sites, theres a big spectrum of stationery you can choose from. The items usually arrive looking the same as in the pictures. The quality is also alright for the price. Shipping to my place (Germany) took some time, but that's ok. I recommend!

Always wanted to buy stuff from Kawaii Pen Shop, and a couple of weeks ago I saw sales on a lot of their products. The package arrived to Spain really quick and all the products were amazing. I even posted a picture of all of the on my Instagram stories and the shop was really amazing talking to me about it. They even gave me tips to clean my new stamps if I use them a lot. I will buy again for sure!!

I have ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop multiple times and the products always arrive in a very reasonable time. My latest order included 2 free items due to a code they sent to my email which I was very pleased with. The customer service is great and the packaging keeps all the items in perfect condition! I would highly recommend this shop to others, they have so many great products to choose from.

This shop is so cute! It was my first time ordering and something ended up being sold out but they notified me quickly and let me swap the item to a diffrent one! It was really easy and the package arrive safe and earlier than I expected! I'll be ordering from them again soon!

Ordered Washi tapes, sticky notes and memos, Kuretake Brush pens and all arrived in great condition in about a week. Great service, and the products performed really well, will definitely order more from the website!

I love this shop! I often buy from it, and everything is always beautiful and high quality 😊 Recently I bought some stickers that are so cute (kawaii) and a washi tape that sticks very well to the paper! I absolutely recommend it ❤️
