Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

The items are just as cute as pictured! The quality is amazing and the shipping is not bad at all!

Shopping with Kawaii Pen Shop was such a good experience! Everything is such an incredible quality! And my order arrived very quickly which was a nice touch

I was very happy when I came across this shop. I had been looking for a shop that had all the stationary I needed. And then I saw an ad on instagram and I was sold. Not only did my first purchase go well, I will definitely be ordering more. Their items are really adorable and the prices are great! The dilivery time was an absolute surprise. I live in Belgium and I got my package a week after I ordered. If I had to point something out, is that the tracking code wasn't super precise. But seeing the package arrived so soon, I didn't mind!! As I'm typing this review, I'm thinking of my new order. Thank you Kawaii Pen Shop!

My first purchase went well. Delivery was solid within a week from my purchase. I live in New Jersey. The shipping was tracked so I could see where my package was the whole time. They dispatched it pretty fast too and they kept me updated via email. I will definitely be ordering more. Their items are really adorable and the prices are a steal!

I’ve been customer for a while and made my fair share of purchases in this shop. It may be around a year ago that I made my first purchase here. I love shopping for stationery, I’m a first grade teacher so I often like to share some of these cute items with my students and trust me, they absolutely adore them! Let’s get to the service. I’ve never had any problem with this shop and I absolutely love shopping here. Their selection is lovely and they always have something new that I want. When I had questions about my orders, they always responded fast in very friendly tone. I spoke to them via email and Facebook a couple of times and the response times for both are above average compared to other online stores I shopped at! I have to highlight my most recent purchase at Kawaii Pen Shop. It is actually what prompted me to leave this review. Their shipping time has improved incredibly. I used to get my orders within a month and this time, the package arrived 5 days after placing my order. Not only a week has passed and the mail was here! That really surprised me. Also, this time everything arrived in single package which is nice because no extra amounts of packaging were used. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I know you may be able to find these items elsewhere but I love their friendly approach and now even their super fast shipping. Thank you Kawaii Pen Shop!

I also fell for the beautiful looking photographs of the products on their website. However, when I ordered some stickers they took up to 3 months to arrive. Shortly after this I came across an advert for Ali Express featuring many of the products seen on Kawaii Pen Shop, so I ordered them to see if they were the same items. They were! I then started searching for each item that Kawaii Pen Shop offers and EVERY SINGLE item was on Ali Express at a quarter of the price. All that Kawaii Pen Shop does is put a huge mark up on the item and then it gets shipped from China. Funny how they forgot to mention that part on their website. If I was you, I’d skip the middle man and order directly from Ali Express. You’ll be saving yourself a lot of money if you do!

Great service and fast ship time! Kawaii Pen Shop has all the awesome things I love. Just received my last order the other day and they did not disappoint. The new constellation washi is beautiful. I should have ordered more of them but I wasn't sure they'd look as good in person. My mistake because the sparkle and details are better than I expected. Now I need to get the others.

I've ordered from Kawaii Penshop for the 2nd time now and I never had ANY bad experiences. I love the products they offer, the price is good as well and the shipping has been especially fast after the last update about it. My favourite on line shop for cute stationery
