I've purchased three times from this store, every time the items have arrived safe and on time. I like that what you see in the pictures is what you get, it's all good quality, specially the backpacks, they're not only cute but resistant. When I've contacted customer service they've answered all my questions kind and promptly. Prices and great and there are many sales and discounts throughout the year.

So bad, we didnt reciwe what we ordered to our kids birthday. It took nearly four weeks after promised delivery date until we get two out of three shipments. After claim to Kawaii pen they promised to pay back the cost of the missing shipment and its like 2 months ago, still No money.... Please all be aware of this fake company, they promise a lot...but dont keep they promises... A big warning, dont order anything from here

Fantastic little shop! My order arrived very quickly and the products are nice quality. Good customer service, very responsive. Only thing that bugged me a bit was one of the product i ordered didnt look exactly the same as the picture. Nothing major, but its not quite what i expected. Otherwise id really reccomend shopping here!

This was my third order from the kawaii pen shop and I was absolutely amazed again! The quality is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. Love shopping there!

I was so surprised by the amazing quality and that the shipping time was little over a week - I live in Australia, mind you! One thing I loved is that the pens I ordered were wrapped as a bunch in extra bubble-wrap; such a small gesture, but it was so nice to see the level of care taken. Will definitely be ordering from KPS again!

I received my order within a week. The tape is perfect and actually sticks (unlike a lot of washis) ~ the colors and graphics are vibrant. So glad I ordered from KPS and definitely would order again!

My most recent experience was AMAZING!!!! The package came fast, everything was in one package, and every item was great quality and worked perfectly!!! I trust this company and LOVE the variety of items they have to offer. Pricing is amazing too! In the past my experiences were not the best, shipping took forever, sometimes the items looked of poor quality or damaged and didn’t work well HOWEVER it looks like they have FIXED those issues bc everything I received as of late has looked and worked fantastically. Can’t wait to order more!!!!!!!! Thank you kawaiipenshop!!!

My experience with Kawaii pen shop was really good! I was able to order a wide variety of products at a decent price. They offer quite a few sales/discounts. My products were to me in less than a week in great condition. I was able to track my package for free. All products came as pictured on the website and function well. I will use their services again!
