This was my 5th purchase from Kawaii Pen Shop. The items look the same as in the pictures. The delivery is fast and my packages have always arrived in perfect condition. So far I can only recommend them.

This was my first order from Kawaii Pen Shop and I'm incredibly happy that I gave them a try. Their product selection is amazing, I couldn't take my eyes of all those cute items and just kept scrolling.😆 To be honest, I could purchase most of their stickers. The delivery was smooth and pretty fast. It took around a week from the time of the purchase for my package to arrive. I live in San Jose. I've posted a photo on Instagram and the shop was super nice and messaged me to ask if I was happy with everything.❤️ What a nice little touch. I am already planning my second order.

Kawaii Pen Shop seemed relatively popular and had pretty good reviews to not be scam. Well they were. I order three things and only one of them was legitimate. It also took forever to arrive, I was promised that it would arrive in 5- 11 business days and almost took two months! I had paid $40 for this and the quality was not the best. The pencil cases were a rip-off and not registered. The $20 one had loose stitches and was falling apart in A DAY. Was not worth the price.
