I am a fan of stationery and writing tools. I fist saw Kawaii Pen Shop on Pinterest and wanted to give it a try by ordering some items from them. I did not know if this was a trustable site, but I was excited to find all the lovely items they advertised, so I went on and made my order. I was a little nervous about not getting what I ordered or that my package was getting lost through regular mail. But my fears vanished when I got all the items exactly as advertised, and within the timeframe. I am delighted with Kawaii Pen Shop and I can't wait to make my next shopping with them.

I was skeptical about buying from this place because some of the prices seemed too go to bed true, and with it being overseas (for me) I didn't know long it would take to receive. I love how it is free shipping over $25, which is easy to reach. All of my stuff arrived promptly in 10 days, and I am very pleased with my purchases! I haven't been able to find the same unique stuff in stores.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. I received everything in my order except one item, and when I asked about it a few months after I had ordered they said they would give me a refund but didn't. I've been constantly emailing them for the past three months and opened a dispute through PayPal with them and I still haven't received my refund because they keep ignoring my messages or saying that they'll get back to me in three business days but never responding until I send a follow up message. Terrible service, I won't ever buy from here again and will warn others too.
