I ordered some washis and stickers. Excellent quality, and the shipping wasn‘t that long - but I couldn‘t find where to track my order.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered some items during the Black Friday sale. There was a coupon code to put in, but it was really, I mean REALLY tricky to find the coupon code input box. I kept clicking next, thinking it might come in the next page, but I couldn’t until the end. As soon as I was done ordering, I realized where it was “hidden”. I sent an email 5 minutes later I finished ordering, requesting a refund of the 20% for the coupon I couldn’t use or cancellation of the order so I can put in a new order with the code. I even called the number on the order confirmation email. It went right to voice mail. I left a message. This was last Friday. Today (Wednesday) I got an email saying they can’t issue refund or cancel the order because it was already processed. Of COURSE it would be processed already because it’s been 4 business days! They offered a coupon of $12 which is approximately 20% of my last order. Guess what, it does not apply to shipping and I’d have to pay $8 still. Horrible customer service. Stick to Amazon.

This website is another huge ripoff dropshipping site. The reason why some items arrive individually and they can take up to months to arrive is because they are just ordering your items off of AliExpress (where you can buy the same items for MUCH cheaper). They are essentially ripping you off cute-looking products by charging a higher mark up from the original without even taking the effort to buy and stock their own website with said items. They just order using your address on AliExpress or Alibaba. It's a total scam.

I’ve been bullet journaling for about a year now and I’ve recently discovered kawaii pen shop. I wish I learned about them sooner, everything is just lovely. I can spend a good deal of time scrolling through their inventory, everything is so cute! I highly recommend this shop if you’re into bullet journal or simply enjoy cute whimsical stationary.

Its a long wait. well for me. im kinda impatient. But overall when I got the package I was so happy. Nothing was broken. And everything I ordered was there. Well im sure that I needed the lead and eraser for the 2 0.3 pencils I got but I don't know. Overall, the wait was totally worth it!

Ordered my things on Nov 10 and received it today Nov 18. Super impressed by that considering it was shipped from Hong Kong and I live in Germany. I was also able to track my package and everything went smoothly. The items I received were true to the description on their website and of good quality.
