Kawaii Pen ShopReviews of kawaiipenshop.com

This outfit is a scam. I placed a significant order with them before Easter and still have not received it. I have contacted them numerous times and got a canned response. I have repeatedly asked them to credit my PayPal account and those requests have been ignored. Worst mistake was ordering from them.....I regret that I had to leave a star for them before I could write this review. I would have rather not given them any. Buyer beware!!!

Very cute items. My daughter was happy to finally receive them. The backpack was a huge hit. Shipping took a while - they mailed my package on May 14, and we got it on July 25.

All the items were great! The delivery was delayed but that was due to COVID and when I reached out for updates, I found the customer service prompt, helpful and friendly. Overall great experience and will shop here again.

Good customer services and quick in replying to emails. Wonderful products. I did wait three months for my package, though ( yes, I know, it‘s a pandemic), but in the end it came as a wonderful surprise today. So if I buy again, I might place my order NOW for Christmas ;-)

Wonderful items, super high quality. There was a delay in shipping (it is the middle of a global pandemic so totally understandable), but I want to complement the shop for their communication. I emailed them inquiring about the status, and received a quick reply, very friendly and helpful. The shipment ended up coming a day or two after the email. Such a good experience overall, and I will definitely be ordering there again soon. Love it!

Okay, let's start like this, I discovered this shop on Instagram, thought they had cute stuff and a certain notebooks I really wanted. I expected the shipping to take a while, but it was quite fast, full tracking and even the post office was quite fast at delivering (which is unexpected). When the package arrived there was one missing item and specifically the notebooks weren't what they said on their page, so I was quite bummed about that. Obviously I sent an email about this issue right away. It did take a few days for them to respond but they were really nice about it. Wanted to give me the refund for the missing item right away and asked about the notebooks and to send photos of it. So I did and on the same day they responded with being sorry about all this and that the actual description on their page was indeed wrong and at the same time I recieved another email from them and paypal, that the whole amount for the notebooks and missing item was refunded! Which really surprised me, since after reading a lot of reviews here I was a bit sceptical about the whole refund thing. Overall I can't say anything bad about this company. My shopping experience was great and that's only because of their great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was super cute, just took a super long time to ship! Great selection.

Their products are super cute and they have a huge selection! Good prices, and everything arrived in tact. However, it took a very long time to get to me (over 2 months).
