I am happy with my order now that it has finally arrived. It literally took months even though I was assured it went on a boat from Asia at the end of April. I communicated with the store owner Marin at one point asking for a refund and was told that they had noticed a delay in shipments to my area due to Covid. I waited two more weeks and the order arrived on their predicted schedule. I was happy with the customer service received as well as with my merchandise.

Very friendly communication!!! Items came in great package.Of course with the COVID 19, package was a little late but only by a few days. Nothing was missing, items were identical to ones shown in the website.Highly recommend buying from this store.

I ordered some very cute stickers and stationery from Kawaii Pen Shop - and they did arrive within a few weeks to a month, but I was so frustrated to find the exact same items all available on Amazon or Aliexpress for 1/4 the cost and same or better shipping time, with an even safer order guarantee. They don't allow reviews on their site for a reason, so there is no real accountability. Shop around and be careful.

My experience with Kawaii Pen Shop was absolutely horrible. Not only did my package not arrive after being months and months delayed, they have completely stopped corresponding with me, or answering any of my emails. I regret my purchase by Kawaii Pen Shop entirely, and would not recommend it. I continuously request for a refund, however they ignore my emails, even after having been in contact with Marin, the owner, before.

I am extremely happy with my order of stickers & washi tape! Everything was just as described on the website and it arrived in great condition. I am especially thankful for the great customer service: shipping was taking a while (expected w/ COVID) and the tracking number wasn't working but they responded to my email promptly and with a lot of helpful information. I will definitely be ordering again from here in the future, thank you!

I love my order, everything looked exactly like it does on the website and the quality seems great. It did take a month to receive my order but that is unsurprising because of COVID. The customer service was great in getting back to me when I couldn't see anything on the tracking page about my order. I will definitely order from here again but probably will pay for the expedite shipping.

The delivery took a long time (almost two months after placing the order), but the customer service was always prompt in responding. They provided helpful info and wrote back within a day. The products when they arrived were wonderful. I ordered stickers and pens and all arrived in great condition. The stickers especially are great quality. I will buy items from Kawaii Pen Shop again - even with the long delivery times.

Our order took some time to arrive, 9 weeks or so, due to it being handed over to the carrier for sea shipping. Despite the big time lag, Kawaii Pen Shop was always on hand for an update and providing the status thereof whenever I contacted them. Staff were always cheerful and immediate in their responses.
