Every thing came really quickly. I am retired so I buy Christmas gifts all year to spread out the expenses. Got a lot of stickers, pens, tapes etc for stocking stuffers. Love these- as will the recipients, my Grandkids. Thank you, a pleasure to shop with!

I have ordered twice and both times communication was immediate, I knew when my order had been processed and was on its way, and it arrived very quickly with no problems. Well packaged to keep items safe. I love my pens, journals, and stationary/accessories. Two thumbs up! Thank you 😊

Received package from HK to Canada in just under a week via Fedex; super quick! Everything arrived just as expected. One minor detail - my apartment number was left off of my packing slip (although provided to KPS during the order), so I had a bit of a hassle getting Fedex to release it. Otherwise, no complaints!

My products arrived later than usual due to Covid, which they mentioned when ordering. The products (paper products and tape) were exactly as shown on their web site. I would buy from them again.

Due to Covid, the package had to go by surface mail from Hong Kong to the US. I was slightly expecting the package to be roughed up by the long commute but when I received it it was in excellent condition! The items I ordered were correct and exactly what I wanted. In addition, the customer service representatives were a massive help when the shipment arrived later then scheduled. Definitely going to buy from Kawaii Penshop again. :)

The shipment was delayed due to covid but everything arrived safe in the end and I'm very satisfied with the products quality! Notebooks are super cute and the paper is high quality, same for the washi tape (so nice!!). I had to wait a long time, but the customer service has always been available and polite. I was soooo happy to receive my package safe and sound.

Items arrived late due to COVID, which is fine and I understand. My issue is that I bought a fineliner set, but the item that shipped was not the same brand as advertised on the website. The fineliners I received still work, but just very misleading and will not purchase from here again. Does not feel like the shop is very transparent, I'm sorry to say.

Despite the delay due to COVID-19, I finally received my pens and sticky notes and I couldn’t be happier! At the time the shipment was sent overseas which took 9 weeks, but their customer service was great and ensured that the product would arrive and it did! With airmail resumed I would highly recommend Kawaii Pen Shop to anyone looking for good quality items!
