I’ve ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop a few times and have always been happy with the products. They are wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and arrive in good condition. The only issue is that you have to wait a very long time before receiving the package. I’m in Australia and it took about 1.5 months before I got the package, but given the current Covid environment, I can’t blame them. When I contacted the company about the long wait time, they got back to me within a few days and explained the long delays. They estimated it may take 10-11 weeks to get to me but luckily it took less time than that!

I would give Kawaii Pen shop ZERO stars if possible. I spent $46 dollars on pens amd stuff on June 13 ang got a notification that my package had been shipped (to USA) on June 16. Today is Aug. 15th and I have not gotten anything!!! Do not buy from them. Don’t get scammed!

Do not order from here, I spent eighty dollars and after a month... never received anything. They shipped through SF Express but I guess if you live in the US you just won’t ever actually get your package.... it says my parcel was “accepted” at delivery site. But nothing. I reached out to Kawaii and basically was told to contact SF Express... maybe I could reach out to them but their online customer service is in a different language...so good luck! I will never waste my money ordering from this site again.

I've never shopped here before so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was surprised how fast everything arrived ( I live in Canada). Within 4 days of my order. I tried all the pens and all worked/ none were dried out. Will definitely order here again.

I was starting to worry that I had been scammed. I love the things they sell; it's my kind of store! So I placed an order on May 6th. The Hong Kong Post's [only] status update indicated it was "Handed over to carrier / Left for destination" as of May14th and I was not able to find out its status since. Thanks to other Trustpilot reviews of Kawaii Pen Shop and some reviewers' advice, I waited patiently for my package to arrive and sure enough, three months later (Aug 4th), I now have the package in my hands! The items I ordered were tightly and neatly protected by bubble wrap and all arrived undamaged and in working order. I'm very happy to have finally received the delivery but it definitely tested my patience. I believe Kawaii Pen Shop now has a disclaimer on their site that deliveries can be delayed up to 3 months, but the disclaimer wasn't there when I first placed the order. Had I known the items come from Asia, I would have shopped at my local stationery stores to cut down on shipping/delivery times!
