TOTAL SCAM!!!! Ordered $80 worth of stuff at the end of May. Still haven't recieced my things. Good thing that I used PayPal. I've stepped it up with them since the company refuse to refund me and won't respond to my inquires. I will do everything in my power to expose this business for the thieves they are!!! Edit: When I try to contact them on social media they block me and any bad reviews or comments they get, they delete.

I ordered a bunch of items and even paid for their additional "insurance" and kept on waiting, waiting, waiting... I messaged customer service 3 times and each time it was some dismissive statement. I WOULD NOT ORDER EVER AGAIN! I finally actually received the items just past 3 months... wow, that is long for shipping, despite COVID. I was pretty sure it would be a lost cause, but anyhow, one extra star for actually decent items. Nothing amazing. I can not imagine if the parcel was lost, I am sure this business would not refund given their dismissive attitude.

I have ordered from Kawaii Pen Shop twice now. Very pleased with both orders. I received both orders well within the promised time frame. I placed my first order on July 28 and it arrived on August 15 (Hong Kong to Virginia, US) Well packed, in excellent condition. I was very pleased with everything I received - it was just as represented on the website and just what I was expecting. For my second order I decided to use the Fed Ex shipping, even though it's not cheap, and that order arrived within just a few days (it actually arrived before the first order!). The stickers, washi tape and notepads I've purchased are excellent quality and the prices are very good. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Great cute products that shipped very fast to Canada! I’ve done two orders, one in April and one in August. The April one was delayed due to shipping delays but they communicated with me really well and my second shipment in August came a day or two after I ordered it!
