If you’re willing to gamble your money, by all means order from here. I’ve had ok experiences with them in the past, unfortunately I have learned the hard way that their “customer service” is a scam. They will “forward your email to a senior manager”, which means they will ignore you. I ordered a backpack and it was defective (strap sewn in wrong place) and unusable. I asked for a replacement or refund. After 2 months of emails from me going unanswered or being deflected, I still haven’t received anything. Keep in mind, these are the same products as Aliexpress (bulk bought cheap items), so faulty products are bound to be sent. Order at your own risk.

Pros: Items just as described, legit products, great, safe and quick mailing, amazing customer service, got answered via email to all my questions and refunded my VAT very fast. Cons: Sometimes too little information of the products (memo pages, ink base), and the automatic tax charging in the check out caused extra hassle, which they solved, but I could love if they provided IOSS code already or didn't charge taxes beforehand.

Hi Elena, If I could give Kawaii Pen Shop 10 stars I would! Firstly, my gold tone pilot Frixion multi pen is not available anywhere from US. It is absolutely amazing. Even my beautiful wife of 55 years who barely tolerates my 60 year pen hobby thinks it is the best looking pen I own!! If she behaves. . maybe I'll get her the one with the pink tone.... Just as important as the pen buying experience is the persona contact professionalism that I got from your staff associate Elena. Kawaii Pen Shop Really Delivers! I bought quite a few stickers and some washi tapes for my card crafting and journaling. Everything was packaged neatly and arrived as promised. I've ordered from them before and like the quality of the items. This time I used the express delivery and was pleased with with the delivery time.

Attention ! A really nice shop, but if you shop from Belgium, the package will be blocked at the post office and you will have to pay the VAT and additional expenses even if they have already calculated taxes on your order! It can get very expensive !!

I was so pleased with my purchase from the shop and, also, with their customer service. They were quick to respond to my question about delivery. The merchandise was packaged very nicely, too. I’ll purchase from them again.

I ordered a bunch of pens, some Limited addition summer stickers, and some pencil holders back in July. It takes a little while for shipping, and that is fine. But what is not fine is the packaging. I ordered over 10 pens and they were all wrapped together and busted. So I reach out to their customer service, only to be directed to the “upper/senior“ management. Which is fine, it was over their head so they needed some guidance. That happens. What is not OK, is no response from them. I sent many follow up messages and all were ignored (aside from the one saying the emails got forwarded). I’m not OK with being ignored after trusting a company that I don’t know and giving them $60 to send me broken pens and one usable item. I will not be ordering from this place anymore because what if I have another issue? Nobody will speak to me, not worth it. You think that online shops would be better with customer service.
