I did my initial questionnaire with Pom health JUST before this FDA stuff broke. Like less than an hour afterwards - it all made me feel really uncomfortable and so I contacted support immediately - again, within an hour or two of doing intake- and asked that they just cancel everything because I felt sketch until things calmed down. No response. Not one. Well, that’s aggravating. So I block transactions from Pom health just in case - and lo and behold I can’t get a response from Pom, but I did see a $400 charge attempted this morning. Still no response from Pom. Awful customer service dudes. I’m really disappointed.

The RN assigned to me is so helpful. Through the initial intake process, check up after first month, and now for my first refill he is knowledgeable about the process, managing side effects, and helping me decide the best dose moving forward in my journey. When ever I’ve had questions he has responded to me within 24 hours. I like the fact that it is the same person who completed my intake and is following me on my journey. I am a real customer! I was a user of Zepbound for 1.5 years, but my insurance company stopped covering the costs, so I did thorough research before finally settling on Pomegranate Health. Two months ago, I purchased from this site, and everything has been absolutely perfect, from the $75.00 initial charge towards buying the drug, and delivery within less than a week. Today, I have just made another purchase but had to quickly get in touch with customer support. They were easy to get a hold of and they solved my issue right away.

I signed up In the beginning of January 2026. I just looked at my vials and they expired on 3/18/2026. I used one today that was expired and I didn't realize it nor is it written anywhere except for on the vial itself. I was using hers.com but they were too expensive. But I lost weight and their shots were good. These ones? I have gained weight it doesn't seem to be effective. It's baffling that they would send me medication that you refrigerate and you inject with a needle that expires before I even have a chance to use it. Maybe hers.com was a was more expensive because they were better.

First time order. My experience ordering was great. I signed up for an appointment (Tuesday). After my appointment, I received my invoice that evening which I paid. I received shipping notification that my meds would be delivered the next day(Saturday). That is what you call great customer service.

Horrible experience. Will be opening a dispute tomorrow. Paid top dollar last week, attended the appointment. Shot was due today. No communication from pharmacy, no follow up from the company. $400 later. Do not recommend. No tracking. No explanation. Nothing. Tired of doing people’s jobs for them!

My experience with Pomegranate health has been wonderful from day 1. The process to get medication is efficient and smooth, and the medication arrives at my door promptly after my prescription is sent to the pharmacy. Would like to thank and shout out Hanan who has been extremely responsive with getting back to me and answering my questions, not to mention she got my medication delivery expedited when I mentioned I'd be leaving for a vacation and needed the meds fast. I'm so happy to have switched to Pomegranate and looking forward to continue using their service for medication.
