Great agents, but inconsistent service
As a former sales rep and customer service provider, and purchaser (who has had to utilize customer service), I found Jaybird’s (and, hence parent company, Logitech) to be Abhorant! 😾 Up there with the worse ever. Purchased the Jaybird Tarah Pro directly from them on August 27 with a 30% off code a rep gave me on my 1st call. Thought I was on a roll! Received them new in sealed package, ( about 10 days later 🤔) but they would not charge, so I called again & that’s when things went south. Following 15 minutes of back & forth trouble-shooting, the rep (Alex...very pleasant), determined that the (wierd🤖) charging dongle was defective and they would send out a new one. I requested expedited shipping, and was told they couldn’t do that. Then, I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the same response after about 10 minutes of haggling. WTH? A company the size of this one can’t “bend” a rule/policy to make 1 customer happy? Fast forward another 8 days and I finally got the dang dangle and it also does NOT work! So almost a month later, still NO 👎🏽 Working headphones 🎧 🤬 This morning I spoke with same agent who was very understanding and sympathetic to this “unusual” situation. He told me to keep the defectives & e-recycle them AND they will send a new set via Next Day Air! Imagine that? Supervisor couldn’t or wouldn’t approve of the same. 🙀 Inconsistency in procedure. Will follow up once I receive the new unit.
