One headphone does not work anymore. It does not charge. I keep having to wipe the contact points, and that worked for a while, but it does not do the truck anymore. Jaybird, be careful. The product seems hyped a bit.

Doesnt last long
bought the Vista headphones which were very good from the sound quality and fit.
However, Headphones only lasted 2 years and they could not replace one earbud or repair and only offered 20% discount to buy new item....
Avoid!

Beware
Problem 01 - lost a Vista bud - only really need one, but wait... cannot connect to bluetooth without 2 buds in the case at the same time.
Problem 02 - It took 8 emails and multiple DMs to get Jaybird to confirm that 1 bud cannot be connected by itself. A complete waste of 3 weeks of my time without the use of my earphones.
Problem 03 - the UK store has not stocked the single bud replacements for over 2 months and counting. The customer service people keep saying 'it will be soon'.... for the past 2 months.
Problem 04 - I write an honest review on their website, it appeared for all of 5 minutes before it got taken down. It wasn't slanderous, it was honest with the points above. This is completely unacceptable.
Good product when it works, but poor product foresight regarding the connection with a single bud, terrible customer service and selectively removing honest reviews is unforgivable as potential buyers should be able to see constructive feedback before they spend their money and a premium product such as this.

Short warranty, faulty
I was so excited about these buds, and were looking forward to using them. But i had difficulty placing them without the buds easily falling or moving in my ear. My long hair kept getting stuck in the wire, and they just didnt stick as i hoped. I bought extra buds as the store recommended. It helped, a little bit, not a lot. After two years the left bud stopped working in the middle of a walk. No apparent reason. Supportsite was not working. Soft and hard reset did not help. After several tries to contact support, i finally got through on twitter. But downloading new software did not help either. They said it was a producterror. The warranty was only 1 year! So i could not get a new pair. Been using one bud since then. Yesterday the other one stopped working. Resets have no effect. Not buying Jaybird again. I see that the issues are common, but support and warranty low.

Poor reliability, poor ongoing support
I originally purchased Jaybird Run and they fitted well with excellent sound. Then I noticed that sometimes when I turn my head the left earbud disconnects until i turn my head back again. Contacted Jaybird and they replaced them, the new ones after a month, had crackling sounds on some songs as if it couldn't handle certain frequencies, I complained and again Jaybird replaced them, this time with Run XT, no improvement, same issues, same poor connection. My wife bought me the X4. Excellent fit, excellent sound and no crackling. 9 months later though, go to connect them to the phone and they are dead. Connected to the charger there is a green light, but take them off the charger and nothing happens
I have contacted Jaybird and still heard nothing
I like their ideas and the quality of sound but the reliability is poor
For the price they cost, I do not recommend the Run, the Run XT or the X4

I brought the x2 version for yoga
I brought the x2 version for yoga, but I didn't find the sound quality to be any better than my basic iPhone pair, and I had to charge them all the time...so I wasn't too sad when I misplaced them!

X3 and X4s suck, not really sweatproof
I had a pair of X3s that stopped working because of sweat and they replaced with a pair of X4s that stopped working because of sweat. If you plan to sweat in these, don’t buy them. They sound great until the sweat gets into the controls and ruins the sound quality on one side of the headphones. Mine lost all bass, got quieter, and sounds distorted only on one side.

Used to love these, but..
Have had mine for 2 years. I have probably used them almost every weekday going to and from work + work outs.
Bought them in October 2014 and in August 2016 they just stopped working.
Jaybird's respond was that it is out of warranty... I have seen several posts on the Internet stating the same problem.
How can you sell a product that has a lifespan of max 2 years?
The product is actually really good, but if you have to spend +$150 every 2nd year on headphones I dont know if it is worth it... Im looking for a new brand...
