This is my fourth Jaybird X series. Luckily I only paid for one, as the three others malfunctioned within two years which is the warranty in Denmark. I suppose they were not aware of that time line. The fourth are the worst though, the X4, continuously disconnecting from my devices. Product development reinvented as product deterioration.

Outstanding customer service. Jaybird build quality buds that are designed to actually be worn. They are comfortable, secure, reliable and have good sound quality (that's coming from an audiophile). Their customer service professionals are real people who actually care about my experience. And their return and replacement policies are fair and generous. If you have a problem with your buds they will do whatever it takes to make it right. I've had Jaybird x3's since 2017 and now I have x3's and they have performed beyond my expectations. I will never go anywhere else for earbuds.

Best costumer service I’ve ever received! I started to have issues with my Jaybird Vista headphones where my left headphone would never connect. I called Jaybird’s costumer service to see if there was anything they could do. I was received by the nicest woman, Breeanna. Within ten minutes, she was able to walk me through a factory reset to resolve my issue. My headphones were good as new. Bottom line: great products, great costumer service, great people

Terrible, terrible customer service. I can’t be bothered to write down the long, drawn out saga of my dealings with them but suffice to say I will never deal with them again and would recommend you don’t either

I loose the ear tips of the headphones so often because they dont fit well to the headphones. If you ask the cusstomer support if they can send more then one pair, they tell you that Replacement ear tips have to be bought with a whole set of things you dont need for 10€, but you only get on pair of the size you need.

Product good at first but having had 4 sets in 5 years. All failing a matter of weeks outside the one year guarantee. If you expect Any customer Service in the UK you can forget it. Don't bother writing because you will NEVER get an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Absolutely appalling service with flashy website how2 content etc. Try to get problem engaged with? No chance. Life is way too short for the how much you can come to HATE jaybird

I have owned every version of the Bluebuds. From the original to the 4’s. I recently had contacted customer support ( in August ) about the wires being worn through to the copper at the cinch clips. An area that doesn’t even rub my neck. Because they were two months out of warranty, they allowed a “ one time, out of warranty replacement “. TWO MONTHS LATER I have the same issues with the new pair. I again contacted customer support and submitted photos but because these came as a replacement with no warranty, even though brand new, they could do nothing. They offered me a 30% discount from their site only. I explained I could buy them from Amazon, even without the discount, cheaper. I asked them were they not willing to stand behind their product, but he apologized, said he was sorry I was no longer going to buy their products, and wished me a good day. TERRIBLE.

They really do scam you when you try and claim on the 'life time sweat warranty'. They really do not have warranties, and I have caught them out on lies they've told me.
