NEVER AGAIN Read the fine print and don't get screwed like I did. They make it sound like it's an easy exchange if it doesn't work out.I bought number 14 in 20 length hair clips. When I received it, I opened it up and there were no instructions telling me to open the sample 1st. so I opened the hair to see what it looked like the color was totally wrong. When I tried to return them this is what they had to say.(Before being able to send you a pre-paid label, I would like to inform you that the hair must be untouched, the seals intact, and in their original packaging. You can remove the sample piece from the sample section and see if you like the hair, but once you open the main section, the warranty is voided. You cannot send them back for a return or exchange anymore because they will fail the quality inspection and be destroyed, and no refund will be issued. Also, the sample must be returned, and please ensure it is not tampered with. To avoid misunderstanding, I would kindly request a photo of the package with the seal intact and the sample inside the package (tube or bag). Kindly note that human hair extensions are a hygienic product, and no hair that was unsealed will be accepted for return/exchange.) Read the fine print. That should be put on the packaging when you open it. The color is all off and I'm out $230 They got me once they'll never get me again.
