Best hair extensions I ever bought, fast delivery and great customer service. I was quite concerned before purchasing from Irresistible Me, especially as I couldn’t see the hair quality. However, the extensions turned out to be of a great quality; even my hairdresser was surprised and asked where she can buy them from. I had them curled for a special occasion and they lasted all night. I washed them and styled them as I would do with my own hair, and they still look amazing. Great value for money. Also, customer service was always very helpful and knowledgeable. Really pleased overall. Thank you!

I love these extensions. I have tape ins right now, but I also have a full set and a ponytail and I feel gorgeous when I am wearing them. The tapes are in my hair for 6 weeks already and I need to visit my stylist soon. The quality is fantastic. I style them a lot and never had a problem so far. I have the full set, which I absolutely love, for over an year now and it is so shiny and soft. The color is spot on and the delivery was fast. Their customer service is hands down the best service I received. They helped track my order and their reply was unexpectedly fast. As a conclusion, I can confidently say that I will definitely be a long term customer

Poor extensions, not all human hair, lots of fake hair, for over £200 more like a set of fake for £30. Plenty of cotton and coarse bits mixed with hair. For the price do not buy, clip hair and zala are a lot better. Customer service appear to be helpful at the beginning, but no refund or partial refund offered, can't return them either.

The shipping said 2-4 business days , I even contacted them and let them know that after two days I still didn’t receive a confirmation email and that if the delivery wasn’t going to be at the promised time to please cancel. Then magically they just sent a confirmation that a label was created , the next day they decided to tell me no it’s up to four days to just even be shipped out when I asked to cancel if that was the case ! It’s been well over 15 days with no response back from them or any way to contact fedex which has also proven to be the worst. I was on the phone an hour just for the call to be “dropped” when I’m just trying to go to a place and pick up myself . The company decided to give me a smart response when I said I would just be returning at this point for my money back , stating the refund would take even longer to receive . I needed these at the promised date not now . They don’t care for customers.

Customer service I would give 5 stars! The hair I received not so much. The hair is worse than beauty supply hair, tangles easily and won’t hold a good curl for me. I bought 200 grams worth of hair and it felt like 140 and was visible it is not 200g nor is it thick from bottom to top. I have tons of expeirence with clip in hair extensions from Bellami, Foxy Locks, Cashmere, Glam Seamless. Zala and these are by far the worst. 200g my a**.

The hair is okay, the customer service is less than desirable. Once they ship your item they feel it is up to you to TRACK DOWN your order, even when the shipping company they use is being irresponsible. I have never received such poor customer service and lack of interest in resolution, lack of willingness to assist or accept ownership of solutions. I would never shop there again.

Common hair extensions and don't value $50. Sorry to say but it didn't turn out as I want, the clip in hair extensions are hard to install and I have to turn to my mom's help to remove these, and they look fake. BTW, the only advantage of this website may be the fast delivery, don't want to buy again.
