Hair was thinner than expected. I even ordered the extra volume which has now been removed assuming due to my complaint. The hair is ok if you use it every one in a while but it won’t last long. Won’t be purchasing again. Was offered a $30 refund of a $300 order.

The customer service is terrible, the hair gets frizzy and falls out easily after one application with a professional stylist. I would stay far away from this company as possible. You’re wasting your money if you buy extensions from them.

The hair was amazing. It blended very well with my hair and it looked great in my formal style. Recommend wholeheartedly :)

Avevo già comprato queste extension 3 anni fa e quest’anno le ho ricomprate sotto consiglio di un amica. Spedizione dall’America all’Italia circa 15/20 giorni ho dovuto pagare 6€ di dogana ( anni fa meno tempo ci avevano messo addirittura 10 giorni e niente spese di dogana) il colore è molto bello se poi non piacciono c’è la ciocca di prova da provare e nel caso successivamente da spedire indietro. Molto carina la scatola nuova che hanno messo A me anche anni fa mi erano durate circa un anno ma le avevo messe veramente tantissimo, sono così folte e morbide che riesci a farci anche la coda, testerò anche queste, ma per ora una bellissima impressione. Ho preso quelle più folte e hanno molte Clip in più, oltretutto erano parecchio in sconto grazie al Black Friday.

horrible hair! the worst i've ever seen! I ordered a pack of black silk clip ins, took more than one month to be delivered and they were mixed with synthetic hair! i have a lot of experience with human and synthetic extensions and irresistible me have mixed their extensions with fake hair; i've done the lighter (fire) test to check if they were in fact synthetic and YES THEY ARE! you pay such an expensive price for the worst hair ever. I wish I could get a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered the 28 inch hair extensions. The ends were stringy. The hair looks mixed with synthetic hair. It had some super shiny strands that looked fake. The quality was just not good. I contacted the company through instagram and they were not helpful. Whoever I spoke with was like that's how our extensions are, if you want more volume get the set with more volume. I don't need volume. I just wanted a little extra length. More volume is only an extra 40 grams which is not even a big difference anyways. No where on their site does it say these extensions are thicker up top and thinner on the ends. I basically have to trim the ends so the extensions look more full which defeats the purpose of buying this length. I was offered a $50 gift card but since I do not plan on ordering from this company again, I declined. I would prefer a partial refund. The rep said there is nothing wrong with the hair, why would we give a refund. I sent a photo of the stringy ends so clearly there is something wrong with them. Avoid this company. They do not care about customers or customer satisfaction.
