I love my Irresistible Me clip in extensions! I’ve used so many types of extensions over the last 15 years, and these are my favorite by far! The color match was exact, and the quality is top notch! Happy, happy customer here!

Easy, No-Hassle Return and Refund Process
I wanted to share my experience with returning my Irresistible Me extensions. I found the whole process to be very straightforward, simple and easy. At first, when I learned of their policy, I thought that it might become a big ordeal, as nowadays it's become harder and harder not only to speak with a human regarding a return/refund, but also for the process itself to just work as intended without issues or delays. Not everything you order is going to work out, that's just life, and it was very refreshing to find that Irresistible Me was so communicative via email and they made the whole process quick and hassle-free. I received my order, and was sure not to open the main compartment, only try the tester that is included. While it is hard to tell from a small tester, I understand and respect their policy. Unfortunately, the color was not a match and I chose to just return for a refund. I provided customer support their requested 2 photos of the barcode and the security seal intact, they approved my return/refund and sent me a prepaid shipping label. I would also like to point out that I had set-up my order on a payment plan, so I was not sure how a refund might work, especially considering that their support did mention it could take up to 20 business days. However, 7 days after my returned extensions had been delivered to their warehouse, I followed up with their support about the refund and within a day or so the payment plan had been refunded (or 'paid off'), so nothing more was due. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience, and I have greatly appreciated their timeliness and communication.
