I ordered the Vapormax 2018 Off-White and unfortunately wasn’t satisfied with the first pair I received. However, their customer service was excellent — they sent me a free replacement right away, no complications. Before shipping, they sent me photos of the shoes in advance so I knew exactly what I was getting. Now I’m already ordering the Travis Scott Dunks from them. Great communication, fast resolution, everything top notch. Highly recommend!

Chan I mess with you still. but the cactus jack marking on the inside of the reverse olive TS i just got is crooked. Kinda disappointed. Only reason I didnt ask for a new pair is because I need them for a wedding in a week. Usually great quality but time minor flaw. Tighten up the details and we gucci.

Received a wrong order, instead of a reflective Yeezy I got non reflective. And the Dior X Jordan has so many flaws to count, super obvious fake. I believe this is not the real Chan I used to order from back in 2018/2019

Excellent quality! I have been a customer since 2022, ordering 2 to 3 pairs a year and never been disappointed. Recently I reached out to their customer service for some help due to a pair fitting a little too tight and they were quick and professional to address the issue. Best customer experience I've had.
