My first bundle of clip-in’s extensions, I could not be happier. My second order was absolutely horrible. The hair was of low quality already had extreme breakage in dryness like they never took no pride in product before they sent it out. I let my concerns be known to their customer service department. And was told they didn’t see anything wrong with the product. Did I just need to wash it in deep conditioner and do all of these things that they should’ve done to send out a great bundle of clippings in the first place. Hi, We have looked at the hair and unfortunately there is nothing wrong with how it looks. The stringy ones you mentioned were probably the ones used when making the hair and a couple were forgotten in it, but they can be plucked. It is also normal for it to have a small amount of breakage at the beginning, just like regular hair would, but this will stop very soon, and we would recommend you use any type of hydrating treatment on it like conditioner or oil and it will not be dry at all. Since this hair is no longer attached to a person, it does not have the same minerals as before, so it needs to be extra hydrated. Please let me know if I can assist in any other way. I have bought from this company twice. The first time… ahhhmazing. Then, I ordered two more volume bundles at $$$. They didn’t even make it to wash #2. I did quality extensions for twelve years. These have irregular strands, black bulbing on the ends, strings throughout the whole length and are only thick 16 inches down out of the 20. They were maintained with quality product and left to air dry. They are not what the first batch were. Tried to contact them and no response.

this company is sacme i ordered hair extensions when i tracked it's saying delivered but i didn't get my pacakge so i ran to the usps post office and they found my package when i got my pacakge the box was already broken and hair extensions was mess inside i emailed to merchants and they said send the pic i send the pic and i got the answer oh we couldn't find delivery and broken package it's open by u i am like what the heck and the hair color not even match in my hair so they r not sending me return lebel no manager contact me i been asking this company is freaking so scammer i am still fighting with them please do not order from this company

I did a lot of research on these before buying and I’m so happy that I purchased them! I got curly 3a 14inch in jetblack! They matched so perfectly! They are lightweight. They blend well and don’t have a crazy smell. I got one bundle and it gives me that perfect medium fullness. If you want to seem like you have crazy amount of hair get two bundles. Seriously gave me the confidence I needed I have fine curly hair now from my genetics, I appreciate that these don’t feel heavy on my hair. I can be in comfort all day wearing them! I recommend!!

Besides braids I’d never worn any extensions. However, since I recently cut my natural hair and added color, I realized the daily upkeep was more damaging that I thought. So, I gave this brand a try for something different- and I’m glad I did! I sent the customer service team a pic of my newly colored hair and they suggested me two colors to choose from and they were spot on! Ya girl is happy and she cute cute! 😻

This hair is sooo pretty and soft and doesn’t get tangled easily. I felt so beautiful wearing it and it matched my hair color perfectly I highly recommend this product! 🤩🤩 I got lots of compliments on it.
