Our wigs are handcrafted once the order is placed, which is why they take a little longer to be shipped out compared to our other products. This allows us to make sure every wig is carefully made and checked before it leaves us. We’ve checked on our end and your order has already been shipped with FedEx. The last tracking update we can see is from October 8th, so we’d recommend contacting FedEx as soon as possible so they can check where the parcel is and let you know if anything is needed from your side to complete the delivery, as international parcels can sometimes be held for additional details or customs clearance.
