Its so worth it!
I love my hoop! I have been using it for 3 weeks now and have already lost a link! I purchased the infinity hoop pro and also received the sweat cream, sweat belt and the detox tea! The tea doesn't really taste bad at all! Its easy to use after you finally get the rhythm down. The product itself its sturdy and not cheaply made. Its easy to put together and there is a button to lock it in place! That really makes it easy to get on and off! This really has been the best decision for my fitness journey! 30 mins a day , every day and that's all you need to target so many muscle groups! Best decision I've made!

The hoop itself is fine the business is a SCAM
The hoop itself is fine. I feel the knockoffs work just as well. The customer service is horrible and DO NOT enroll in the monthly plan. They will never cancel it. I am now on email number 3, a phone call, a report with the Better Business Bureau, and a dispute with my credit card company.

Do not recommend
I placed an order on April 6th. It is April 22nd and I still have no tracking information. I sent an email 6 days ago requesting to cancel my order, but have not received a response.

10/10 Would Recommend!
I really enjoy the hoop! I feel more active and better about myself! My kids also love making a game out of it and never fail to remind me - "it's time to holla hoop!" Even a little misunderstanding with my order was fixed right away which means a lot to me! I highly recommend giving this a try!

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! Rip off. I bought a hoop. Hoop was delivered. I am not a person who sits on my phone and computer all the time. I am too busy. I started noticing charges of $39.99 taken out of my bank account. Tried numerous times to call customer service and it is never answered. I even tried different times of the day AND night. Left messages but no return call. HORRIBLE customer service. Went over their terms and conditions, no mention of them being able to go into my bank account every month. Emailed them for a refund on all money taken out of my account without my permission, a week later I get a generic email saying basically that's how it is. THIEVES. DO GET IT. Florida attorney General needs to be notified. Crooks.

Don't purchase
Don't purchase. Although the product may work for you it is a scam to get $39.00 monthly community fee after first 30 days and it is really difficult to get a refund and stop the auto debit. They have auto reply emails that they are reviewing. I know I unchecked the checkmark when I ordered but here i am trying to get my $39.00 back and get my monthly subscription canceled. Check them out on BBB the have an F rating. UPDATE: I was very careful to check to make sure that there were not any boxes checked about subscriptions. In fact when I received the hoop there was a postcard requesting that I join the Community. I took that to mean I was had not joined accidentally but your company auto charged me 30 days from date of purchase.

Scam don't buy this
Scam don't buy this. Super cheap. Doesn't roll around in the tracks smoothly just gets stuck. Customer service will not respond.

Infinity Hoop Support Team
Lyra from the Infinity Hoop Support has helped me greatly. I forgotten that I was part of the monthly subscription so when I was charged, I contacted the support team and asked questions. They were very informative and even helped me get a refund as I didn’t have want to be part of it. Their support team are great! Special shout out to Lyra Felix for helping me with it!
