Outstanding Customer Service
I really like the arm hoops I ordered. I did not read closely and was charged for their monthly community subscription. Alena in customer service was so kind and considerate. She refunded my money without me asking and then also provided me a discount coupon for ordering in the future. They are very nice to work with. The product is also high quality amd works well.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago and it…
Placed my order 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet. Starting to wonder if it will ever arrive. If not, I will be requesting a refund for it and recommending that other people do not use this product. Update: 5/13- I requested a refund a week ago and still have not seen any progress on it. Not sure why it’s so difficult to cancel and refund an order for an item that never arrived to me. I will definitely recommend people do not use this company as it’s clear they will take your money and not ensure your order arrives.

Customer service has been amazing
Customer service has been amazing! I did have an issue with the subscription for the community but it was cancelled and refunded. Kristine was super helpful.

Emailing vs texting support team
I ordered all the equipment at once for the first time. I will have to say some equipment is better than others. I love the Infinity Arm Hoops and the Infinity Waist Hoop is still a challenge for me. I have not got my rhythm on how to keep the ball going around. But I am still learning. I gave this company 4 stars because the EMAIL service support is not very good at all. I got NO response at all on any of my emails. But when I figured out how to contact the service support team through a text. I have been getting instant response to all of my questions really fast through texting. Which I am very happy about. Thank you so much for helping me on a quick response! So if any one else is having EMAIL support problems give TEXTING the support team a shot. It is so much better. I will have to give them a 5 star for the kindness they do. When you do finally get a hold of someone. Thank you!

Don't expect to get your order
Don't expect to get your order. Infinity hoop has no problem taking your money and not filling the order. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks now and when I check my order status it has yet to be shipped. So unhappy and Noone answers the phone and the emails are automatic reply.

Customer support took a bit to respond
Customer support took a bit to respond, but once they did they refunded me the subscription fee for something I didn't even realize I was signed up for. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they made it right and the representative was very nice. They don't tell you that the one free month just automatically turns into a $40 monthly subscription. They did refund me, and also gave me $15 off a future item. I'll likely never use that credit because I'm really not very impressed with the hoop. It's loud, cheap plastic, and creates dust from the wheels on the weight going around the inside of the hoop. For the price I paid, I expected way better. Save yourself $ and just buy a knock off.

Customer Service …
My review is based on my experience with customer service. I wanted to cancel my membership after my 30 day fee membership. And I emailed them ( it took a few days for a response) but they emailed me and not only did they refund me for this month April but canceled the membership and gave me a discount code to use on other products. So I give there customer service a A+

My road to recovery is paved by Infinity
The waist band hoop is fun to use and doesn’t put a strain on my old injuries. I am a 54 year old grandmother that has suffered multiple fractures and other mobility injuries, which have made traditional exercise difficult, painful, or impossible for me. I feel like the infinity hoop has put me on the road to reclaiming my health.
