CS - polite and respectful
It took about 24 hrs to get a response from CS, which is actually pretty standard across the industry. The CSR was very polite and the company complied quickly to my request to cancel the membership plan. They also offered two free gifts as compensation for the hassle. It’s been 9 days since they said they’d ship the items, but have yet to receive notice of shipment. The product I originally purchased (the infinity hoop vibration set) works well. I have seen any results in my size, but the vibrations feel good and do help to relax any sore muscles.
