No customer service at all, Have emailed and called multiple times to return the item which could have been purchased on AMAZON. I will file BBB and FTC complaints to resolve.
Checked SPAM folder DAILY. No reply and 30 day window to return is closing. This company is a sham.
The site subscribes you to a program without telling you resulting in a recurring charge.
Don't purchase this item from them as their customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
Be advised there is another listing for this company on TRUST Pilot that has all the negative 1 star reviews.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my subscription and Alena in customer was wonderful! She was under and fixed my issue right away and apologize even though I am pretty sure it was my fault. I give their customer service 10 out 5! Alena is what all CSRs should be.

Love the infinity hoop
My hoop came fast I absolutely love this product I also received my lipoglow belt fast and love the results I’m getting. I really can see a little difference when using lipoglow belt for the last 3 weeks.

Not as great as it’s hyped up to be…
The Infinity Hoop was not as impressive as I had hoped based off the ads I’ve seen. When it arrived, I had to put it together, which was not a big deal, but getting the silicone tips on each link was time consuming and a little tough. Then, when it tried to hoop, it kept getting caught, so I had to extent the rope the weight was attached to. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t just come in a proper length to begin with. I have not found one person in the community that did not have to extend it. Then, we risk the knot coming loose and losing the weight while hooping. For the cost, I expected much better quality. It is very loud and I’m comparing it to a dupe I bought on Amazon for 1/3 the price.
The only benefit to getting the Infinity Hoop was getting the free sweat cream, detox tea, and the community access. However, the sweat cream and detox tea did not ship with the hoop. When I contacted the email on the paperwork I received with the hoop, I got no response. It wasn’t until I emailed a special email address in the community that I finally received a response, which still was an entire week later.
The community had been amazing support that I am grateful for and the only reason I’m giving a 3 star rating. If not for the community, I would have probably given a 1 star rating. $180 is obnoxiously expensive for the product I received.

I had to contact support services to…
I had to contact support services to help rectify a charge that was made. Kristine was very prompt and polite when she responded to my inquiry. She even assisted me in the decision to get a new hoop (which is needed due to my old one being at least 4 years old - still works just wanted to upgrade). The way she handled my issue let me know that they have excellent customer service which is very important in a business. Thank you Kristine for taking care of my issue I really appreciate it.

I have called and emailed the company many times because I was automatically put in the $49 member subscription I never signed up for. I left messages because it goes to voicemail after clicking for operator and it during business hours it frustrating. I want to be refunded and nobody responds.
