During the time of your order, we experienced unprecedented growth that we frankly weren't prepared for - we were processing record daily orders while having over 3,000+ outstanding customer inquiries each day. This is no excuse, but it explains the lack of responses and technical issues you encountered. We've since made significant changes: - Nearly tripled our customer support team - Implemented 24/7 premium support - Respond to all inquiries within one hour - Have zero outstanding tickets (compared to 3,000+ during your experience) - Fixed our app and website technical issues While we're grateful for the incredible growth our customers have given us, we should have scaled our support infrastructure much sooner.
