I love my Hoop and I bought others for my mom and sisters. We all FaceTime together and just really have a great time. Customer service was great. It may take some time to get back to you but when they do, they meet your needs.

I experienced a problem with Infinity Hoop where there was confusion about a product I didn't receive. The customer service provider helped me via email resolve the issue and refunded me partial payment to clear up the situation. Excellent customer service!

I purchased the infinity vibration belt, I was so excited to get it and start using it. I need all the help I can get… I got it. The belt was too small. I contacted the company and they have been very gracious to help me figure out what I need to do to get a new one. Thank you so much infinity hoop for your help.

I emailed them when I received my new infinity hoop set. I believe I ordered the incorrect size; honestly I didn't even see a place for the size. They were so supportive and immediately set to shipping me the correct size. They even said use the.smaller one as a goal! I love that! The community, and all the videos are so supportive!

*EDIT October 21,2026 I was reached out to by a customer care staff .. she expressed very sincere apologies about my frustration with this transaction and reassured me that my experience was not intended by the company. Not only did she let me know that a complete refund was put in for me .. but she also offered an item as a gesture of goodwill .. which I accepted . I feel justly compensated for my troubles with this order after this interaction . this is the kind of customer care service i was looking for ! Not off the simple fact that I was refunded .. but because of the genuine care and speedy service provided . Changing the rating from a 2 to a 5 .. I am confident the compensation provided this time appeases my desire for weight loss :) * _______________________________________________________ Years ago i purchased an Infinity Hoop. Received it in good time and it worked like advertised. Loved it! i still use it as of today. Aug 28 2026 I ordered the Infinity Flow. I noticed the shipping didn't update for 2 weeks and that it was coming from China. This was new to me. i didn't except an item from China. The Infinity Hoop I originally purchased was from the states. Ordered on Aug 28 , not received until Sept 22. It was indeed not the product that I ordered. After complaining to the company , they offered a return and replacement (which to me didnt make sense .. because whats the replacement? the ACTUAL item? or another fake?) or a partial refund. i was offered a 30% refund ... from a 76 dollar order that i was completely unhappy with.. i received 18$ back. I cant use the product at all.. so i was given enough money back to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Then money was taken from my account for a membership to the community .... I CANT USE THE PRODUCT SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CONNECT WITH OTHERS ABOUT IT? i sent a very confused angry email about this. I was then contacted by someone expressing there apologies and want to recify the situation. I was offered a GLP1 patch and arm hoop for free. i accepted ... because what else am i supposed to get out of this at this point? I'm still not completely happy with the outcome because i feel like i still have wasted money and wasn't fully compensated. I will however let it pass and just not order from Infinity Hoop ever again.

I was able to work with customer services to work out some changes in my order and I must say they were amazing and able to take care of all of my needs and assist me. That is what good business is all about. Great work Infinity Hoop!
