After purchasing the hoop, I had no issues and was thoroughly enjoying it. After a month, I received an email receipt & withdrawal of $39.99 to my credit card for the Infinity Hoop Community which i didnt realize it was a monthly subscription so I reached out to customer service, asking for a refund and cancellation of the subscription and Richard took care of the issue quickly and seamlessly. I was very happy with the customer service! Take note not to click on the free 30 day trial, if you dont want to join the group.

Great customer service. I did not realize at the time of purchase that after a month 39.99 would be charged to my card. I reached out and they fixed it for me with no problems.

So far so good! I am 1 week into the workouts, 3 weeks into my trial period. It took about 2 weeks to receive my hoop order. Opted for the 30 day challenge instead of the curated plan. Due to my own dietary restrictions, the meals offered don't really work for me (nondairy, no egg, no gluten, and I unfortunately can't do raw fruits and veggies. It's rough! I know!) the challenge workouts feel great and so far I'm staying committed to the process, which is better than I've done with any other system. The detox tea tastes pretty good. I can't say much for results yet, but I feel great and motivated after the workouts so I consider it a win!

It's great to hear that you've found the 30-Day Challenge to be a good fit and that the workouts are leaving you feeling energized. We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the meal plans. Thank you for giving Infinity Hoop a try and for sharing such thoughtful feedback.
