Great customer service. I contacted customer support after changing my mind and trying to upgrade to the pro. (I didn't realize the pro was a step up from the regular hoop). The same agent stayed in contact with the same email trail vs me having to start over with my concern. I'm excited to receive and start using my hoop.

I truly do love the hoop. It’s so much better than running, which is so bad on your joints by the way! This is a really great way to still get a really good workout in. I’m a mom of three with no time to spare. I’m giving it four stars instead of five for one reason. The videos. I really do appreciate the yoga stretching videos, but when it said beginner video I expected a video on placement of the hoop, and what way do you get the ball to start moving. An example of this-I put the hoop on, and was rotating my hips. The ball still wasn’t going around. I figured it out after messing with it for a couple days that the main way you get it to go around is through your legs. It’s a combination of your legs and your core. In conclusion, I feel like the first video you do should really be explaining the hoop and tips on how to get it going good. Obviously it’s going to take practice at first for anyone, but it would’ve been nice to know as a guide. I actually ended up canceling my community hoop membership because even though they had good recipes, they didn’t have enough recipes for all the days of the week, and they didn’t have this large variety of videos either especially for beginners. I felt like I was being robbed when I got charged $39.99. The subscription just simply is not worth it for me. I can look up recipes online and track things myself. I don’t need an app to do it.If there were more of the videos then I would consider getting it again, but then think twice because it is $39.99. ALSO, one more thing I want to add about the videos. I really like the workout video to the 80s music. I really wish they did some more of those types! Not just 80s, but many different kinds with a workout!

I purchased the infinity hoop and after the trial period, I decided the VIP membership wasn't in my budget at the moment. I was easily able to cancel and they issued a refund without hesitation. I love my infinity hoop and may very well subscribe at a later date. Customer service by Rose was exceptional.

Everything is great and love the product. After purchasing the hoop I did not read details like I should have and got automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I emailed the company to find out how to cancel and within minutes it was removed and refunded. Great customer service!

I bought the Infinity hoop unfortunately I still haven't had a chance to use it but I saw another charge on my credit card. It was for the social group which I guess I didn't know i was a part of. I quickly emailed them and Rose answered my email! What a pleasure to communicate with her. She explained to me what had happened and I had asked her to cancel my subscription to the social group. I am definitely not a social butterfly. She did just that and since I had emailed right away to my surprise she also refunded the charges. In this day and age with the economy the way it is there should be more people like Rose out there! You have an asset in your company and should feel honored to have her! Thanks Rose 🌹
