A trip back in time
My experience with the hoop took me back to when I was a child, never was any good at hula hooping but this hoop actual stays up. :). Being consistent and letting life not get in the way is important.

I just started
I just started. Did my first day yesterday it was great! My workout journey was off and said I was on week 3. So i contacted support via email. They got back to me soo quickly! It was like 9pm pst!

Was so impressed with the customer…
Was so impressed with the customer service with infinitely hoop! Just having a way to call, and text, email, was such a plus!! I had recived a wrong size on the sweatbelt, and was missing a couple of the plastic things to add on the links, let them know, and with no questions ask, they are sending me replacements!! This is excellent service in my book!! So happy to actually have a company to work with that actually stands behind thier products. Can't wait to get good at this hooping!!! Thanks for being a great company to order from!

The Infinity has been a great purchase
The Infinity has been a great purchase, it is fun and easy to use! I didn't realize the subscription portion was on the order but when I received the payment notification, I reached out to cancel and Rose from the support team responded right away with the cancelation and refund, which was awesome. This gave me even more confidence in the company.

Excellent customer service
Though I did not care for the Infinity Hoop, the customer service was absolutely excellent. They responded to my request for a refund of the community subscription within 10 minutes and granted me my refund. Darlene was very pleasant, friendly, and professional, and I enjoyed my correspondence with her.

Great Customer Service
Customer Service was very efficient and took care of the subscription (I didn't pay attention to the wording when ordering the hoop) by getting it cancelled and my money refunded.

They are a scam
They are a scam. They force you into a group for 39.99 a month that you never signed up for and then refuse to cancel it after calls and calls and emails and emails. They have stolen over 200.00 from us. Till they fix this I will make sure the world knows you are a scam
