Thank you for my Infinity Hoop, and for ensuring that I will be reimbursed for being charged for the purchase of a subscription in addition to the hoop, which I did not know had taken place. Your help is much appreciated.

Missing item; Communication.
I had an item not arrive with my package. I emailed customer support. Kristine was amazing. She helped me gt my missing item and was in constant communication with me.

Great customer service
First I want to go ahead and say that I love my infinity hoop and I use it everyday! Also i want to say that i really really appreciate the help that i received from the infinity hoop customer service representative Richard. I had a charge on my credit card that i had a question about and I wanted it removed. Richard cleared everything up and explained to me what happened. Im very thankful for the great customer service i received from infinity hoop.

Great customer service
My hoop was a tad too small I reached out to ask for extra links, they responded within the hour and sent me extra links free of charge. They were very friendly, customer oriented, and fast.
