I love my hoop. I don't use it as often as I would like, but I am moving and plan to use it more in my new place. Sadly, I didn't realize I would be charged for an ongoing subscription. My customer service Representative resolved it immediately for me. I really appreciate that. I didn't have the money in my account for it.

Contact customer service with an issue on a Saturday morning. Within a hour or so I received a response back and they took care of the issue immediately Very impressed! Haven't had a chance to get into a routine yet with the hoop, but I'm enjoying it Denise

Great low impact workout! Takes some getting used to but it is lots of fun and ya definitely break a sweat and feel the burn!

I contacted customer service because I received the incorrect size sweat belt. Even though I am still waiting to receive the corrected item; the responses from Rose were timely and very much appreciated. Once I start my journey I will be sure to update my review.

Do not order expecting ability to return. They do not cover and the cost is immense. They’ll offer you a 30% refund only. Customer service is good though! Quick to respond and I accidently left a subscription active upon purchase. I realized the same day as billing and they refunded and cancelled this for me. So many companies only care when they’re selling you. Therefore, I’d say, being a small company, they actually care about their customers and provide good quality products.
