Great customer service
I only received my hoop a week ago, but overall the experience with the customer service team has been great. My package was late, and they acted quickly to figure out what was taking so long. Plus, they issued a refund when a charge was made after a free trial that I was not aware of. I've had great results with the cream and detox tea so far; I can't wait to devote more time to the hoop and arm hoop.

Just purchased my second Infinity Hoop…
Just purchased my second Infinity Hoop my children always fight to join me. This time around, I added the infinity arm hoops to add to the mix. I did have a small panic attack with my delivery (mainly due to my location of delivery), Lyra with customer service, came to the rescue and assured me my items were coming.

I needed a refund after I was charged…
I needed a refund after I was charged for something that I didn't want. Rose got back to me right away, gave me the refund, and gave me a store credit for my trouble. Easy peasy! Also, I really like the Infinity Hoop. Seems to be working so far.

The product worked great
The product worked great. There was a error and I was billed for something I didn't know I signed up for. However they corrected it swiftly, I highly recommend them.

I got the Infinity Hoop and I love it
I got the Infinity Hoop and I love it! Down a pants size, but haven't been using it as much as I should, so I can imagine what it'll do if I put in the work! About a month after ordering it, I got a charge on my card for the Infinity Community which I was not interested in being a part of. I emailed them and they immediately rectified it, refunded my money and apologized for the misunderstanding.

Great customer service!
Great customer service!! I didn’t realize the Infinity Hoop came with a subscription service, but when I was automatically charged and reached out for help, customer service was amazing! They responded right away, canceled my subscription, and issued me a refund for the subscription service. They also gave me a $15 credit to use in the future. Thank you!
