As a provider, I have had great experiences with them and they typically get back to me in 24 hours with support. They even informed us in advance when there was a payment delay and kept us up to date on the situation. I like that they do not force me to keep my notes on their site and can store it in a 3rd party encrypted server.

I have been with Headway as a provider for the last 8 months. My experience with them has been great. They make it so easy for clinicians to take and bill insurance. I have not had one issue and if I have any questions they have always responded in a timely manner. My practice has increased and has become more streamlined with Headway. I am so happy I connected with them.

My experience with Headway has been great! Headway did a very clear onboarding and got me credentialed quickly and easily. The system is easy to use and efficient and there is no cost to the provider! I have received payment without any delay or problems. I have recommended Headway to everyone I know. My only criticism is you cannot reach them directly via phone, you have to make an appointment to speak with a person. However they do offer answers to most questions on the site. I highly recommend them.

Headway makes it very easy to operate with insurance companies. They do all the billing work so that the clinician can focus on clinical work with patients. The insurance rates are higher than if individually paneled which is another great plus. Headway does not require data like clinical notes or treatment plans to be stored in their list which for me is a huge plus. Their services are completely free! I couldn't recommend them more! The only thing I wish to change is that a clinician licensed in two states is able to use Headway in these two states. Right now cross-licensed work is not possible on Headway.

Headway has helped my business grow exponentially. Their payout rates are much higher than the competitors I have tried, and they don't charge me as a provider at all. They seem to be going back and forth on whether or not they plan to provide referrals, but even as a set of tools it is valuable for my business model and I use it every day.
