I've been with Headway for over a year now and have found ot really helpful. It has allowed me to work with insurance panels while saving me the extra work of navigating the whole situation on my own. I also find that I can tailor it more effectively to my practice needs and makes it easier as well for my clients to navigate their system. They're also quite responsive whenever there's an issue and most generally it's taken care of rather quickly in less than 24 hours. I definitely recommend HEadway.

I love my partnership with Headway! As a provider, they handle all of my billing and problem issues dealing with complicated insurance companies while never affecting my pay check! I have always received a return email when I’ve had a question and even been paid on claims that the insurance company denied at first. Couldn’t be happier!

When I started my private practice, Headway was great! It increased accessibility from clients to my practice- allowing me to accept clients who understandably wanted to use their insurance to pay for services. Highlights for me were consistently getting paid every 2 weeks, no hassle of dealing with insurance agencies, fairly competitive pay, and no fear of clawbacks. For therapists who work with adults, I still think it is great! As a children's therapist though, barriers to service provision became increasingly apparent over time. My hope is that Headway might consider the following adjustments to support more children's therapists utilizing Headway: - allow billing for school-based services - allow billing for home-based services - allow billing for family and parent-only session on the same day - support multiple credit cards and payer profiles to facilitate co-parents alternating payments for child services - allow billing for consultation with integral members of client care team (e.g. teacher, psychologist, pediatrician, psychiatrist, school administrator, speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.) - increase the reimbursement rate for family sessions (with and without the client)
