I have been with Headway for 1 year. I love the ease of credentialing, continual improvements to their templates for assessments and notes, and the weekly reminder of upcoming appointments. I am on other platforms and Headway rates are the best available. Headway also provides responsive and informative account managers to assist mental health professionals!! I want to give them a 5 star yet Headway is not able to sync with external calendars and they do not have multi-state credentialing. I would recommend Headway (and I do) to fellow colleagues and to people looking for mental health services.

Great service, as a provider I couldn’t ask for more , my experience has been great, companhias like Headway are a game changer to the mental health field.

Headway is great. It’s so easy to bill! The paperwork to document the session is a little much but not too bad.

Headway is one of the only reasons I am in private practice with insurance clients. They handle everything on the billing side and make my life so much easier. I don't have to worry or think about anything related to billing and can just focus on my clients. Whenever I do have an issue it is easy to contact them and I get a response very quickly and resolution is very timely. Would highly recommend for providers!

After joining and looking at their platform more closely, I decided to request a cancellation. I emailed Headway and received no response. I sent 4 emails referencing the first request to cancel and today received an email one month later stating, they’re not refunding my fee because it was discounted despite me never going into the app after the first day. Very poor customer service and poor business sense while grabbing the money. Buyer beware. Thanks for teaching me a lesson Headway. Interesting that you’re attempting to help people be better and more educated and this is the position you take. Headway did reconsider and offer a refund. Therefore I’m changing my rating to 3 stars as I still had the same experience until achieving the desired outcome.

My experience with Headway as a Provider has been wonderful and seamless. I have tried several other platforms and Headway by far is the most user friendly for both clients and Provider. Billing and pay from my end is effortless.

Overall I have had a wonderful experience working with Headway. Headway was crucial in helping me grow my private practice. While I have not gotten many referrals from Headway, I found that between my professional organization and psychology today I had no issues getting clients. Headway has also been fast to respond to issues with billing/insurance. I love that I am able to decline partnering with insurance companies that I feel don't reimburse enough. I still have the freedom to run my practice on my own but have the security provided by headway!
