I have enjoyed working with Headway for well over a year now. As a provider that has worked across several different platforms, I think Headway has solid technology and a provider friendly user interface. The reimbursements are very good and appear to be getting better (are they negotiating better rates with the insurance companies?). I also like that I can see the client's co-pays and provide them with important information. My one suggestion/need is that they do more marketing in Colorado so that potential clients know about the service, and Headway can send more referrals to providers.

I've generally had a really great experience as it relates to on-boarding and billing clients. I've had isolated incidents of difficulty with insurance verification, for which the team has remained in communication with me about. I'm happy about the increase of staff support targeting the provider experience as I feel it will continue to ease any trouble shooting of challenges that may arise.

Headway has the highest reimbursement rates of any platform I am familiar with. The charting software is easy to use.
