I have used Headway as a provider for probably a couple years now. While not perfect and still having dealt with numerous issues with them, I have never written a negative review…until now. I was due a $350 referral bonus back in May of this year. I never received it because of an issue with my email address when they initially attempted to give it to me. I have updated them on the correct email address and asked multiple times to have this resolved and to be given my bonus. I continue to get told that it’s being handled but to no avail. I am disappointed and would no longer recommend Headway. I am also considering leaving this platform for many reasons. This was the final straw.

Headway has been helpful as a billing platform. As an independent clinician being able to rely on Headway to submit and process claims and also call insurance has been extremely helpful.
