I am overall happy with my experience with GoodBuy Gear. I purchased a Momcozy bottle washer that unfortunately broke outside of the 14-day return period. However I was able to troubleshoot with their customer care team and was eventually approved for a refund. Unfortunate that the product I bought broke so quickly!

I received my package sooner than expected, and I couldn’t be happier with my open-box Safety 1st Quad Wagon! Everything arrived in great condition with no missing parts. It’s the perfect size for my 6 and 3 year old. I love the convenient compartments, and it was very easy to assemble and collapse. It also fits perfectly in my trunk! I drive a Nissan Maxima, not a large SUV, so I was pleasantly surprised by how easily it fits. For the price I paid, this was an absolute steal! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. ❤️

I bought a bassinet from them and it did not come in the original box and the box was a mess. The bassinet was clearly used. I am still waiting for a reply and keep having ai respond. I have ordered from then in the past with no issues.

We were very pleased with this purchase! It came brand new and is just as described. It’s a great car seat and feel good knowing that baby will be safe in it for the next year!
