Very frustrated with website glitches at checkout. I noticed the website assumed I was shipping the items I wanted to purchase to the last person I bought something for so I made sure to change the delivery address back to myself. I didn’t think to double check the verification of purchase email since I selected myself as receiving the item on their website. That was a mistake. Now I’m trying to figure out how to reroute my packages and am spending a lot on shipping when I already paid $15 to ship my items through GoodBuy Gear. Incredibly disappointed with the checkout issues. I don’t know that buying through the site is worth the saving when you have to spend more to get them to the correct address. Update: To have the items shipped again from the incorrect address, it cost $62. Therefore, I spent a total of $77 for shipping for one open box and one used item. I have given a negative review here, responded to a standard customer service check in about the products, and negatively reviewed each item in my order and GoodBuy Gear still has not reached out/responded. I had a bad experience before and they offered great customer service and incentive to continue being a customer. Now they are ignoring me.

We purchased an open-box Cybex PRIAM Lux Carry Cot, and unfortunately it arrived with a manufacturing defect that prevented it from being assembled safely. My wife and I contacted customer support, and we were subsequently contacted by Victoria who was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate filing a claim, kept us updated every step of the way, and arranged for a replacement almost immediately. The replacement arrived quickly, works perfectly, and we weren't even asked to return the defective item. When you're buying baby gear, customer service really matters. For us this was our very first time buying a baby stroller and GoodBuy Gear stood behind their product, resolved the issue without any hassle, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely painless. We'll definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality baby gear and outstanding customer support.

Products are affordable for the brand name items. No damage to the open not used products I got.
