I’ve been using GoodBuy Gear to get a variety of baby things. Open box items have been great and when one item wasn’t up to par, GoodBuy Gear made it immediately right by refunding for the item. Great stuff for a fraction of the original price.

Ordered a bugaboo butterfly 2 plus. The box and description both say 2 plus but what i received was not that. So disappointing, the first time an order has not met my expectations. UPDATE: I reached out to goodbuy gear and the issue has been resolved. Victoria was able to handle the situation promptly and overall satisfied. Situation could have probably been avoided but otherwise they handled it quite well.

I ordered two items. An open box bassinet fabric for the bugaboo donkey 5 and an open box bugaboo pack n play. The pack n play was as expected and the correct item. I was sent the incorrect item for the bassinet fabric. I was sent the sibling seat extension. I opened the box right away and followed all of the instructions for the return including videos to prove it was the wrong item. Once the return was accepted, I was told I needed to ship within three days to not miss out on my refund. I shipped the package out via UPS the same day and the shipping department has had it for over 5 days and i have not received any updates. Per their AI assistant email, they have 7 days to inspect my item before issuing me a refund and then itll be 5-7 business days after that to see it reflected on my statement. I think it’s a little much to leave my card charged for that long when I was sent the totally wrong item to begin with. Especially since I was required to ship it and get it back to them so quickly.
