Ordered a bugaboo butterfly 2 plus. The box and description both say 2 plus but what i received was not that. So disappointing, the first time an order has not met my expectations. UPDATE: I reached out to goodbuy gear and the issue has been resolved. Victoria was able to handle the situation promptly and overall satisfied. Situation could have probably been avoided but otherwise they handled it quite well.

I was sent the wrong items. They made it easy to make a claim and return. I was very disappointed in the mistake but they made it up with their great customer service. I will continue to buy from them.

Ordering and shipping were great. I ordered 2 items, both arrived quickly. The one item had all the pieces and was easy to put together. Unfortunately, the other item, one of the screws appears to be stripped. I'm sure I can find a replacement at home depot.

I am overall happy with my experience with GoodBuy Gear. I purchased a Momcozy bottle washer that unfortunately broke outside of the 14-day return period. However I was able to troubleshoot with their customer care team and was eventually approved for a refund. Unfortunate that the product I bought broke so quickly!

We are always willing to make it right! We're sorry the bottle washer gave you trouble, but so glad we were able to step in with troubleshooting tips. That is definitely unfortunate that the item broke so quickly. We hope to see you back soon!

I ordered a baby car seat stroller combo. The delivery was fast. However I had an issue with the wheel support and I had to reach out to their support. They offered me a refund for the replacement part and they were very fast replying my emails. Special thanks to Trixia for her professionalism and patience with my case.
