Babies are pricey and our world is priceless - I am grateful for companies like Goodbuy Gear that facilitate acquisition of secondhand goods helping to save both money and the planet! Additionally, Goodbuy Gear has great customer service. I had an issue with one product I ordered but was able to have my issue swiftly resolved. I would definitely recommend shopping for products on Goodbuy Gear and will certainly be continuing to purchase items from Goodbuy gear as well.

The helmet is in good shape and we are happy with the product. However, the box was open and severely damaged. The tape did not hold. We are fortunate that the helmet arrived without being stolen or falling out.

I have recently bought several expensive “big ticket” items from Goodbuy Gear and have not yet been disappointed. The prices and quality of the open box items are amazing. I couldn’t recommend this store more.

I had an issue with a product I bought new open box. I submitted a claim and reached out to customer care support. Victoria responded to me within 24 hours and asked for a few additional pieces of information. After providing the information requested Victoria promptly, resolved my matter and refunded me the cost of my purchase. I really didn’t expect much for customer service especially because I didn’t purchase the additional coverage, but I was so pleasantly shocked with how quickly they responded and resolved my issue. I will continue to buy and shop this online store simply because of their customer service and ability to resolve issues. Thank you!

My experience with GoodBuy Gear, is amazing. I ordered a Maxi Cosi carriage bassinet because it was so cheap on open box and i was afraid that the product will be used but it wasn’t..it is brand new, so happy , thank you !!!Plus it was expected to arrive in 4 days but arrived in 3 days..so fast, so great ! And i do like that you can chat directly with them and they help with everything you ask them, i had a great experience and i am looking forward to buy from them ! They do have really nice and cheap deals.

Ordering and shipping were great. I ordered 2 items, both arrived quickly. The one item had all the pieces and was easy to put together. Unfortunately, the other item, one of the screws appears to be stripped. I'm sure I can find a replacement at home depot.

GoodBuy Gear sent the wrong Cybex carrycot for order #461487. Even though it was 100% their fulfillment mistake, they refuse to refund the $401.24 back to my credit card and instead forced it to stay as store credit. Very disappointing customer service for a loyal customer.

Packages arrived well! We ordered two UPPABaby car seats for our twins. Open Box conditions were perfect, with instructions, protections etc. all included. Very smooth!
