Poor Customer Service and Questionable Return Policy
Purchased a floor seat that was marked "like new". Product arrived with food still falling out of its crevices and severely stained. Upon trying to return the product Goodbuygear tried their hardest to get me to take a partial refund to keep the product. After pushing them to provide a refund just as their policy states they finally sent me a return label. Nearly two months after I returned the product I still hadn't received the refund. I had to email them twice to get them to process it. Their process felt awfully convenient as most people would have not gone to the lengths I did to recoup their $65.
