AVOID! bought a couple of open-box items from them. One was inaccurate to the advertised item and the other had critical missing parts. claimed and got a really sweet answer with no action. they argue the missing parts were not described, so lets say you buy an open box stroller but wheels might not be included. had to buy the missing parts in order to make it work....unheard of.

I am so sad to say I ordered an “open box” Woom 2 bike for my son’s birthday, expecting it to be an open box with all of the pieces… the bike is used, the brake on the front is broken and the screw is missing for the seat. I should have known better. Don’t buy from this website!!

I purchased the Silver Cross Jet 3 stroller from this website in November while preparing for my baby’s arrival. My baby has just been born, and when I finally opened the stroller to use it for the first time, I realized that the bumper bar is missing from the box. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially because I urgently need the stroller now that my baby is here. I have tried to find a way to contact customer service or request help through the website, but there doesn’t seem to be any clear way to do so. This has been a very disappointing experience so far. I chose this brand because of its reputation, but receiving an incomplete product and not being able to easily reach support is very concerning. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me as soon as possible to help resolve this issue and send the missing bumper bar or provide a solution. Thank you. UPDATE: the support team has been GREAT at helping me with this and keeping me updated on the claim review process 🙏🏼

Was sent the wrong item initially but after submitting a claim, the right item was sent/delivered about 2 weeks later. I’d still recommend buying from here!
